VIRTUAL TOUR 360°

Production of architectural videos created through frame-by-frame rendering or artificial intelligence, offering different levels of detail, time, and cost depending on the project type.
Architectural visualizations captured from pedestrian, mid-height, or aerial angles, highlighting the project’s form, scale, and relationship with its surroundings.
Showcases the project’s interior design, emphasizing spatial composition, furniture, materials, colors, and textures under realistic lighting.
Humanized architectural plans with textures, shadows, and furniture that convey the project’s spatial distribution and atmosphere.
Three-dimensional orthogonal views showing the spatial organization, volumetry, and relationship between levels and materials.
Architectural designs developed by our partner studio, Type, specialized in residential and commercial projects with a contemporary approach.
Interactive virtual tours that allow users to freely explore spaces and move between different viewpoints of the project.

WORK

PROCESS

STEP 1
The client must specify which rendering service is required, including the number of images or video duration, and provide all project documentation or plans. Once the delivery date and total cost are agreed upon, both parties will digitally sign the contract. The client will then pay the initial 50% deposit, and production will begin.
STEP 2
On the agreed date, we will deliver the clay renders to the client to review the project’s volume, confirm camera angles, and validate the overall scene composition. The client will receive a Miro board link to provide feedback and request adjustments if needed. If the 3D model requires modifications beyond the initial request, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.
STEP 3
We will proceed with the first color rendering phase, delivering 2K images based on the approved modeling and camera views. During this stage, the client will review materials, lighting, and overall composition.
STEP 4
Through the Miro dashboard, the client may add comments, sketches, or inspirational images directly on the renderings. Adjustments to materials, colors, and minor scene elements may be requested. A new delivery date will be agreed upon for the updated images.
STEP 5
The second version of the renderings will be sent to the client, incorporating all approved modifications from the previous step. Images will be delivered in 2K resolution.
STEP 6
Final adjustments may be requested based on this review. Any additional changes beyond this point may incur extra charges. This policy ensures precision in communication and encourages thoughtful feedback before implementation. A new delivery date will be confirmed for the final images.
STEP 7
We will deliver the final high-quality 4K renderings to the client and upload them to the Miro dashboard for review. Once the client confirms that everything is correct and no further modifications are required, the service will be considered complete. At that point, the remaining 50% payment will be invoiced. If any extra requests or adjustments are made during this stage, they will be included in the final invoice.

FAQ’s

What service does 3dale offers?

3DALE offers a wide range of high-quality architectural renderings, including interior and exterior views, axonometric projections, and humanized floor plans. We also create immersive 360° virtual tours suitable for VR headsets, as well as fully rendered videos.

Our services adapt to different project scales and environments, from cozy forest cabins to large urban buildings and residential complexes located away from city centers.

We specialize in diverse architectural typologies, covering everything from single-family homes to cultural, commercial, and office buildings.

When does the service begin?

To begin our services, clients must provide the project’s Google Maps address along with all documentation via email. We prefer files in DWG or PDF format, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and a site plan.

Clients should also specify the type of service required, as well as the number of images or duration for animations. For example: “I need 5 exterior renderings, 3 interior renderings, and 1 humanized floor plan.” If there are preferred camera angles, this information is extremely valuable for us.

It is equally important to include details about the materials and objects to be featured in the renderings.Lastly, if a 3D model already exists, we can use it as a reference to optimize our own 3D modeling process.

How much the rendering service costs?

Our pricing is customized to meet the specific needs of each client.

At 3DALE, static images are priced individually per rendered view, with a discount applied starting from the fourth image onward. Virtual tours are quoted based on the number of 360° renders included in the tour. For rendered videos, prices vary according to the number of scenes, level of editing, and video duration.

Costs may also change depending on the project’s scale and complexity.

To receive an accurate quote, please contact us with the details of your project. We will then prepare a tailored timeframe and budget to match your needs.

What is the deadline for the projects?

Each project is unique, so timelines are customized according to its scale and complexity.Typically, the minimum turnaround time for clients to receive rendered images is 10 working days. A detailed schedule will be provided once we review your project requirements.

If you have a tight deadline, we also offer expedited delivery options at an additional cost.

What payment methods do you work with?

We offer flexible payment options tailored for our clients in the United States and abroad. Payments can be made in USD or EUR, as we hold accounts in both the United States and Ireland.

For U.S.-based clients, transactions are processed through Type Design Group LLC, allowing payments via bank transfer, credit or debit card, Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer.

This partnership ensures secure and transparent invoicing within the United States while maintaining flexibility for international clients.

Can we schedule a call to discuss our project?

Absolutely. A member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your project in detail. Please make sure to include your contact number when sending us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
